Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all MKI MIYUKI ZOKU tags and labels remain intact and the product is in its original state.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the generated return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
